At Homeslea, we’re driven by the radical idea that hardworking people should be able to afford comfortable homes! No one should worry about monthly rentals after retirement. We believe no hardworking mother or father should struggle to find accomodation for his/her family. That’s why we created the Rent to Own program.
We’ve been in the property business for many years and know exactly what it takes to keep our customers happy forever in their new homes.
The Problem
Rent remains the largest household expense as it takes more than half of an average person’s salary. For many there’s no hope of ever getting rid of this impoverishing expense . Trying to save money (for a home purchase, mortgage deposit, building) as well as keeping up with everyday expenses like school fees, utilities, and emergencies is almost impossible. For many the rental expense is an endless nightmare that will never end.
The Solution
We have transformed the monthly rental expense into a contribution towards home ownership. We are giving tenants more for their monthly rentals. In addition to month to month accomodation, we are giving them an opportunity to own after the lease period. A chance to get rid of the rental expense and poverty forever!
