Service Charge $50
US$50 Service Charge is the amount you pay on approval of your Studio One Order. The Service Fee does not go towards your first monthly rental as it helps to cover the transaction costs we incur on your account maintenance before you move into your new home. - Employees only: Recent Pay slip and bank statement.
- Proof of Income for Self Employed and Non salaried Applicants: Copy of Invoices, Assets ownership proof, Mobile Money Statement or Interview at Homeslea offices
- Other: Proof of Child Support, Parental support etc.
